Can I sell branded products with Importify?
Sell branded products only when you have permission from the brand owner, authorized distributor, supplier, or marketplace terms. Importify does not grant trademark, resale, or image-use rights.

Do not sell branded products unless you have permission. Importify can help you import product data, but it does not give you trademark rights, resale approval, or permission to use a brand's images, logos, names, or product copy.
Use permission as the deciding factor
List the product only when the brand owner, authorized distributor, supplier, or marketplace terms clearly allow your selling model. If that permission is missing or unclear, choose an unbranded product instead.
Keep proof. Save reseller authorizations, supplier messages, invoices from authorized distributors, screenshots of terms, or any written approval that explains what you can sell and how you can represent the product.
Watch for brand signals before importing
Skip products that rely on protected brand names, logos, designer-style references, copyrighted artwork, celebrity images, or packaging that could make shoppers believe you are an authorized seller when you are not.
The same rule applies to supplier photos and descriptions. Use only assets you are allowed to use, then rewrite the product copy in your own store voice before publishing.
Choose safer products when rights are unclear
Unbranded products with clear supplier terms are usually safer for a new dropshipping workflow. They still need a quality check, shipping review, and honest product description, but they do not depend on brand authorization.
Simple rule: if the sale depends on the brand name, get permission first.
