How to fulfill orders using Importify on Wix
For Wix stores, fulfill orders manually with any supported supplier, or use Importify AliExpress fulfillment on the Gold plan, then update the order status in Wix.

Use Importify as the order workspace, but review the supplier checkout before you pay. The supplier still ships the product, and Wix should be updated after the supplier order is placed or shipped.
Choose the right fulfillment method

Fulfill a Wix order manually
Open your Importify dashboard.
Go to Order List.
Find the Wix order you need to fulfill.
Open the supplier product page from the order.
Add the correct product and variant to the supplier cart.
Enter the customer's shipping address exactly as it appears on the Wix order.
Review product, quantity, variant, shipping method, and address before paying.
Complete the supplier purchase.
Return to Wix, mark the order as fulfilled when appropriate, and add tracking when you receive it.
Use AliExpress fulfillment on Gold
Open Order List in Importify.
Find the AliExpress order.
Click the Order button.
Importify prepares the AliExpress checkout with the product, variant, and customer shipping details.
Review every field on AliExpress before you pay.
Complete the purchase with your AliExpress buyer account.
Update the Wix order with fulfillment status and tracking when available.
Before you mark the order fulfilled
Confirm the supplier accepted the order.
Save the supplier order number.
Check that the shipping address and product variant match the Wix order.
Add tracking to Wix once the supplier provides it.
If fulfillment fails
Check whether the product is still available, the supplier ships to the customer's address, and your AliExpress account is signed in if you are using AliExpress fulfillment. If the issue continues, contact Importify support with the Wix order number and a screenshot of the error.
