Importing products
For supplier-page imports, use Chrome with the Importify extension. Open a supported supplier product page, click the Importify button, review the product details, and add the product to Wix.
Before publishing the product, check the title, description, images, variants, price, and any supplier text that should not appear on your storefront.
Orders and fulfillment
Importify does not ship products for you. The supplier ships the product after you place or confirm the supplier order. For Wix stores, you can use manual fulfillment for supported suppliers. Gold plan users can use the AliExpress fulfillment workflow where available.
Billing
Wix billing is handled through Wix platform billing. If you need to change or cancel your plan, start from the billing area connected to your Wix account.
Troubleshooting
If the Importify button does not appear, confirm the Chrome extension is installed and enabled, then refresh the supplier product page.
If a product will not import, confirm the supplier is supported and that you are on a direct product page.
If you cannot access the dashboard, use the Wix-connected account and check the Importify login guide.
