Importing products
For supplier-page imports, use Chrome with the Importify extension. Open a supported supplier product page, click the Importify Add button, review the product details, and click Add to store to add the product to Wix.
Before publishing the product, check the title, description, images, variants, price, and any supplier text that should not appear on your storefront.
What is different on Wix

| Why is my compare-at price missing? | On the newer Wix catalog (V3), each variant keeps its own compare-at price. On the older catalog (V1), the compare-at price imports only when every variant has the same discount amount. |
| How many variants can a Wix product have? | Up to 1,000. If a supplier product has more, the extension tells you that only the first 1,000 will import. |
| Do imported images get alt text? | Yes, on the newer Wix catalog (V3). Each image gets the product title as alt text, plus the color or size on variant images. |
| Why doesn't every color have its own photo? | On the newer Wix catalog (V3), a product can have up to 15 photos. When the supplier has more, Importify keeps the main image and the color photos first, so each color shows its own picture. A product with more than 14 colors can't give every color a photo. |
Orders and fulfillment
Importify does not ship products for you. The supplier ships the product after you place or confirm the supplier order. For Wix stores, you can use manual fulfillment for supported suppliers. Gold plan users can use the AliExpress fulfillment workflow where available.
Billing
Wix billing is handled through Wix platform billing. If you need to change or cancel your plan, start from the billing area connected to your Wix account.
The free trial on Wix is 3 days. To avoid a charge, delete the Importify app from your Wix store before the trial ends.
Troubleshooting
If the Importify Add button does not appear, confirm the Chrome extension is installed and enabled, then refresh the supplier product page.
If a product will not import, confirm the supplier is supported and that you are on a direct product page.
If you cannot access the dashboard, use the Wix-connected account and check the Importify login guide.
