How many AI generations do I get with Importify?
Importify includes 100 AI generations per day on the Premium and Gold plans. They reset every day, cost nothing extra, and you never need your own OpenAI key.

What should you do if an AI feature is missing?
Confirm that your store is subscribed to Premium or Gold.
Refresh the Importify dashboard and sign in again.
Open the product or workflow where the AI tool should appear.
If the feature is still missing, contact Importify support with your store email, current plan, and a screenshot of the page.

How many AI generations do I get per day?
Your plan includes 100 AI generations per day on Premium and Gold, shared across Importify's AI features. The Basic plan does not include AI.
Does reaching the daily AI limit cost extra?
No. AI is included in your Premium or Gold plan. Reaching the 100-per-day limit does not add any charge, and the count resets on its own.
When do my AI generations reset?
They refresh on their own each day. The in-app message notes that the count resets at midnight, after which you can use AI again at no extra cost.
What counts as an AI generation?
AI actions such as optimizing a title or description, AI Smart Search, and AI translation draw from your daily 100. Importing, editing, and pricing products do not use AI generations.
Do I need my own OpenAI API key?
No. Importify's AI runs on Importify's own OpenAI account, so a personal key is never required. Pasting your own key is an optional shortcut for immediate unlimited usage, not a requirement.
