How to fulfill WooCommerce orders with Importify
For WooCommerce stores, fulfill orders manually with any supported supplier, or use AliExpress fulfillment on the Gold plan, then update the WooCommerce order status and tracking.

Use Importify as the WooCommerce order workspace, but review the supplier checkout before you pay. The supplier still ships the product, and WooCommerce should be updated after the supplier order is placed or shipped.
Choose the right fulfillment method

Fulfill a WooCommerce order manually
Open your Importify dashboard.
Go to Order List.
Find the WooCommerce order.
Open the supplier product page from the order.
Add the correct product, variant, and quantity to the supplier cart.
Enter the customer's shipping address from the WooCommerce order.
Review the product, variant, shipping method, and address before paying.
Complete the supplier purchase.
Return to WooCommerce and update the order status based on your store workflow.
Add tracking once the supplier provides it.
Use AliExpress fulfillment on Gold
Open Order List in Importify.
Find the AliExpress order.
Click the Order button.
Importify prepares the AliExpress checkout with the selected product, variant, and customer shipping details.
Review the AliExpress checkout before paying.
Complete the purchase with your AliExpress buyer account.
Update the WooCommerce order and add tracking when available.
Before you update WooCommerce
Save the supplier order number.
Confirm the supplier accepted the order.
Confirm the customer address and selected variant match the WooCommerce order.
Add tracking when you receive it, not before.
If fulfillment fails
Check whether the supplier still has stock, whether the selected variant is available, and whether the supplier ships to the customer address. For AliExpress fulfillment, confirm you are signed in to your AliExpress buyer account. If the issue continues, contact support with the WooCommerce order number and a screenshot.
