Shopify daily variant creation limit
Short answer
Shopify limits variant creation after a store reaches 50,000 variants, so large imports may need to be split or reduced before publishing.
There is a 50,000 variants limit on Shopify stores, so if you cross the 50,000 variant limit you will be able to add a maximum of 1,000 variants each day.
Currently, the only way to upload unlimited variants is by upgrading the account to Shopify plus plan -> https://d.pr/i/6TC65i
