How do I set up and start using Importify?

Start with your store platform
Choose the setup guide that matches your store. This matters because Shopify and Wix handle billing through their own platforms, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Jumpseller use Importify's PayPro Global checkout.
Check these items before you start
Get the basics ready before you install. You need an active store on a supported platform, access to the store admin, a current Chrome or Edge browser, and a stable internet connection.
WooCommerce users also need HTTPS enabled and a WordPress admin account that can install plugins. If the store blocks plugin connections through a firewall or security plugin, fix that before reconnecting Importify.
Choose the plan that fits your workflow
Pick the plan based on what you need to import. Basic starts at $14.95/month and covers product importing from most supported marketplaces, Premium starts at $27.95/month and adds Amazon plus AI features, and Gold starts at $37.95/month and adds AliExpress order fulfillment.

Import your first product
Use Product Finder when you want to browse products inside Importify. Use the browser extension when you already found a product on a supported supplier site.
Open Importify from your store admin or dashboard.
Find a product in Product Finder, or open a supplier product page and click the Importify Add button.
Edit the title, description, images, variants, tags, vendor, product type, and pricing before publishing.
Click Add to store to send the product to your connected store.

Set your pricing rules before scaling
Set your margin once before you import a batch of products. Importify can apply fixed or percentage margins, price rounding, shipping or fee adjustments, and cost-range rules so you are not editing prices one by one.

Know what happens after the first sale
Open the Orders area when a customer buys an imported product. For AliExpress orders on the Gold plan, Importify can prepare the order flow and open AliExpress checkout with the customer details ready for review.
Check sync limits before you scale. Importify does not automatically sync supplier inventory or supplier price changes after import, so review the inventory sync guide and price sync guide before you build a large catalog.
Honest note: full order automation is AliExpress-only. For Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Alibaba, and other suppliers, use Importify to keep the supplier product linked, then place the order on the supplier site.
