How to Import Products From DHgate (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce & More)
Log in to DHgate first, click the Importify Add button on the product page, customize the listing, then add it to Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Jumpseller. Gold users can use assisted DHgate fulfillment, but still review and pay on DHgate.

To import products from DHgate with Importify, sign in to your DHgate account first, open the DHgate product page in Chrome, click the Importify Add button, customize the product in the Importify window, then add it to your store. The same import flow works for Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Jumpseller once your store is connected.
DHgate is a China-based marketplace with many independent sellers. Product details, prices, shipping methods, availability, and seller terms can vary by listing, so review the live DHgate page carefully before you import and again before you fulfill an order.
Before you start
You need an active Importify subscription, your store connected to Importify, and the Importify browser extension installed. If you are not signed in to Importify when you click Add, Importify will ask you to log in.
Important: sign in to your DHgate account in the same Chrome browser profile before you import. DHgate can show different product details, prices, variants, shipping options, and availability depending on your marketplace session, so open the product page while logged in, then click the Importify Add button.
- Shopify: install Importify from the Shopify App Store, then see getting started with Importify on Shopify.
- Wix: install from the Wix App Market, then see how to install Importify on Wix.
- WooCommerce: connect WooCommerce to Importify.
- BigCommerce: getting started on BigCommerce.
- Jumpseller: getting started on Jumpseller.
Add a DHgate product and customize it
Open the DHgate product page you want to import and click the Importify Add button. The Importify window opens with the product details so you can clean up the listing before publishing it:
- Edit the essentials: title, description, images, variants, SKUs, tags, vendor, and product type.
- Rewrite the listing for shoppers: supplier copy is often written for marketplace buyers, not your store. Use the AI Product Optimizer on Premium or Gold to turn it into clearer retail copy.
- Set your price: use Smart Pricing Rules to apply your markup, rounding, and fees. Automated currency conversion is available on Premium and Gold.
- Split variants: Variant Splitting can turn one multi-variant listing into separate products.
- Assign collections: route the product into the right collection by title, tag, or type.
- Add product videos: if the supplier page includes a video, import it with the product video import workflow.
Add it to your store
When the product looks ready, click Add to your store. You can publish it immediately or import it as a draft if you want to review the product page inside your ecommerce platform before it goes live.
For DHgate, importing as a draft is often the better choice. Check variant names, product images, shipping promises, seller terms, and any branded-product claims before publishing.
Fulfill DHgate orders
When a customer buys a DHgate product, open the order in your Importify dashboard and review the supplier product before purchasing. Confirm the live price, selected variant, shipping method, and destination country before you pay on DHgate.
Importify supports assisted fulfillment for DHgate on the Gold plan. This helps you move from the order in Importify to the supplier checkout flow, but you still need to review the order and complete payment on DHgate with your DHgate account. For products imported on other plans or when assisted fulfillment is not available, use manual fulfillment.
Check the seller before selling
DHgate listings are controlled by individual sellers, so verify the seller before you build a product page around the listing:
- Check seller rating, order history, reviews, shipping options, and processing time.
- Confirm the seller can ship to the countries you sell to.
- Check whether the listed price changes by variant, quantity, or shipping method.
- Avoid branded products unless you have clear permission to resell them. See are we allowed to sell branded products?
- Do not assume that importing a product means the seller supports dropshipping. Importify is a product-import tool, not the supplier or seller of record.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to log in to DHgate before importing?
Yes. Sign in to your DHgate account in the same Chrome browser profile before clicking the Importify Add button. DHgate can show different product details, prices, variants, shipping options, and availability depending on your marketplace session.
Can I import DHgate products to WooCommerce and Wix, not just Shopify?
Yes. Importify imports DHgate products to Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Jumpseller. The import and customization steps are the same; only the one-time store connection differs by platform.
Does Importify fulfill DHgate orders automatically?
Importify supports assisted DHgate fulfillment on the Gold plan, but you still need to review the order and complete payment on DHgate. If assisted fulfillment is not available for the order, use manual fulfillment.
What should I check before selling a DHgate product?
Check the seller rating, reviews, product variants, shipping methods, processing time, destination-country support, and whether the product is branded. Importing a product does not guarantee that the seller supports dropshipping or that you have resale rights.
